Near Miss Using Metrics & Root Cause Analysis

Training discusses how to use information from near miss reports to achieve safety goals and operational improvement through leading and lagging indicators. The training looks at conducting root cause analysis of a near miss to discover what steps can be taken to prevent future incidents and leads participants through a small group exercise.
